Industry Partner Mission Statement
The purpose of ASID Industry Partners is to create an
environment for mutual support among design
practitioners and companies that supply products and
services to those designers. To accomplish this purpose,
the mission of ASID Industry Partners is to:
- Promote business development opportunities for
manufacturers, suppliers, and design practitioners
- Provide effective networking opportunities to
educate designers about products and services
- Provide educational opportunities and
professional development seminars and workshops
- Promote ethical business practices
- Publish annual ASID Industry Partners Directory
- Provide substantial discounts for exhibits at
annual ASID International Exposition of Design
Sources and ASID Mailing Lists
- Provide direct on-line communications between
designers and suppliers with “Network ASID”
ASID design practitioners and Industry Partners share
mutual concerns, common goals and financial
interdependence. Together they work to improve products,
services, business practices, design education, and
intercommunications.
